ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Jack Boyajian Insurance Agency is seeking an organized and efficient Customer Relations Representative to support our insurance agents in attracting and retaining customers. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Licensing Requirement Must possess a valid Property and Casualty License.
  • Customer Relationship Management Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through effective follow-up and communication.
  • Customer Service Excellence Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
  • Needs-Based Consultations Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options tailored to their individual needs.
  • Effective Communication Leverage exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet customer needs while promoting the growth of our business.
  • Solicit Feedback Actively request online reviews and referrals from satisfied clients to enhance the agency's reputation and reach.
  • Team Support Assist team members in achieving office service goals, collaborating on initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Task Management Ensure that service-related tasks are appropriately managed and do not get redirected to the sales team.
  • Client Payment Processing Accurately process client payments and maintain detailed payment records.
  • Document Management Timely email necessary documents to clients in a professional manner to enhance communication and service delivery.
  • Proactive Client Communication Reach out to clients via call, text, or email to obtain any required items for their policies and ensure they have everything needed for a seamless experience.
  • Online Access Enablement Assist clients in setting up and accessing their online accounts for improved service delivery and convenience.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Property and Casualty License.
  • Ability to obtain a Life/Health License.
  • Proven ability to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs and preferences.

Compensation $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
