About the RoleWe’re looking for a motivated and organized Customer Relations Representative to help our insurance agents attract and keep customers. You’ll play a key role in providing excellent service and supporting our team’s growth.
ImportantA valid Property and Casualty (P&C) License is REQUIRED to apply.Please do not apply if you do not currently hold this license or are not able to obtain it.
What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Answer questions about insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing quickly and clearly.
  • Help customers understand the insurance coverage that fits their needs.
  • Communicate effectively to support customers and help grow our business.
  • Ask happy customers for reviews and referrals.
  • Work with the team to meet service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle service tasks yourself, so the sales team can focus on selling.
  • Process customer payments accurately and keep good records.
  • Send important documents to customers on time and professionally.
  • Reach out to customers to collect any needed documents and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Help customers set up and use their online accounts.
What We’re Looking For
  • A strong focus on great customer service.
  • Must have a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) License.
  • Ability to get a Life/Health License is a plus.
  • Experience meeting marketing goals.
  • Interest in helping customers find the right insurance products.

Compensation $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
